Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #151050
AMFT #151050
If you’re feeling stuck in your relationships, overwhelmed by change, or carrying pain from the past, therapy can offer a space for healing, clarity, and transformation. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and relationships of all kinds, supporting clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of belonging. With the spirit of collaboration, we’ll explore the parts of you that are asking to be seen, guided by your unique strengths, needs, and aspirations.
My approach is integrative and compassionate, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapies such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic practices, and expressive arts to support the whole person. My work is grounded in Buddhist psychology and shaped by my ongoing practice in the Plum Village and Theravāda traditions.
As a biracial, second-generation Vietnamese-American and LGBTQIA+ therapist, I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space—especially for those navigating trauma, multicultural identities, neurodivergence, or the weight of shame and stigma.
