Life can be overwhelming when unexpected challenges arise or when life circumstances wear you down and compromise your ability to move forward. You don’t have to navigate these difficult experiences alone. I believe in the inherent goodness at the center of the human spirit and the power of self-discovery. As a therapist who has deeply and personally benefited from therapy myself, I bring my extensive lived experience to offer a safe and compassionate space to be heard and to explore your experiences and emotions as we work together toward healing.
With a deep-rooted connection to the local community and a strong academic background in cultural anthropology, I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic practice. I am currently finishing my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine, and I specialize in helping individuals experiencing anxiety/panic attacks, relational trauma, grief and loss, and family estrangement. I also have a special interest in the navigation of neurodiverse/neurotypical paired relationships.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, combining talk therapy with somatic and emotional regulation, meditative practices, and parts work. Together, we’ll uncover your inner strength and resilience as you gain the tools to thrive.
