Whether feeling trapped in old patterns, weighed down by fear or grief, navigating life transitions, or searching for deeper meaning and fulfillment, life can feel downright overwhelming at times. It is my belief that the answers to these struggles often reside within, and this is where therapy may be helpful. In a supportive therapeutic space the parts of yourself that have longed to be seen and heard may begin to emerge, expressing needs and guiding you towards the answers you seek. Together, we can embark on this journey of self-exploration and self-expression.

My aim is to provide person-centered therapy grounded in empathy and authenticity, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and openness. My approach draws from humanistic psychology and attachment theory, incorporating techniques such as expressive arts therapy, IFS-informed parts work, sand-tray therapy, Gestalt, CBT, and somatic work. I strive to adapt to each person’s unique needs, creating a collaborative therapeutic experience.

I have experience providing therapy for teens, families, and adults from a variety of backgrounds. I am also developing a deep interest in couples work.Therapy can be a significant step for many, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you, to witness you, and to support you in your journey.
