As an integrative therapist, I use a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness approaches, somatic therapies, and holistic health practices. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, past trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and body are connected. Through this process, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, challenge them, and work on releasing stored tension or trauma. To further explore the mind-body-soul connection, we may incorporate spiritual or self-compassion practices if that fits within your belief system.
