Starting therapy can be both a courageous and vulnerable step, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you. My passion for mental health was born from my own lived experience seeking help, and learning to heal in a world where mental health is still often misunderstood. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, and my goal is to create a space where clients can show up authentically and without judgment. I bring a warm, welcoming energy to therapy grounded in compassion, empathy, and a deep respect for your story.
I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Grand Canyon University and am a member of the American Counseling Association. My clinical interests include working with teens, young adults, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, depression, low self-esteem, and communication challenges. I believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and I feel called to walk alongside others in their most tender and transformative moments.
My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative. I draw from person-centered and behavioral therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment-Based Therapy. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach because I know each client’s path is unique, and I’m here to help you take charge of your story in a way that honors your truth. I believe therapy is here to help us acknowledge what we’ve been through and guide us toward where we want to be. Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult time or working toward long-term growth, I’m here to empower you with tools, insights, and support as you become the future version of yourself you’ve always envisioned.
