I bring a warm, attentive presence to my work with adults, adolescents, and little ones navigating the daily complexities of being human. My style is grounded and relational. I aim to create a space where you can feel truly seen and supported.

I have a strong foundation in mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care, weaving them together in ways that meet each client where they are. I have a deep respect for the power of groups and communities in healing, and my years spent working closely with families have shaped how I understand resilience and the strength of connection.

I often see therapy as the slow untangling of knots. Sometimes the harder we pull, the more stuck we get in the layers of history, habit, and old pain. Together we will process this slowly and tenderly, and in that unraveling you’ll often find a kind of relief that opens up space to breathe, to feel, to begin again.

I know that for many, reaching out happens in the midst of crisis. In those moments, I hold space for urgency, or fear, and for the hope that flickers underneath. My work is about holding that complexity with care and curiosity. If you’re ready to begin, or simply to take a breath and steady yourself, I am here.
