Exploring therapy might feel vulnerable and I consider it a privilege to support clients as we engage in the process of reflection and healing together. I am a therapist trainee currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. I am passionate about creating a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to step into meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, rooted in narrative, person-centered, and strength-based theories. I believe that healing begins by honoring your story; where you have been, what you carry, and who you are becoming. Together, we will explore the resources already within and around you to build insight, resilience, and confidence.
I aspire to be a motivational presence in the therapy room; someone who helps clients access their strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, and make meaningful changes at their own pace. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, identity exploration, relational challenges, and major life changes. I am especially committed to creating affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ clients.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, I will meet you with empathy, humility, and care.
