Suicide Prevention Tools and Advice

While many people who commit suicide do so because they feel intense emotional pain, it’s the sadness combined with the overwhelming feeling of having no reason to live and thinking the world will be better off without them that’s the ultimate deciding factor. However, even though you may not feel it right now, your life is worth living, and you can make a positive impact in the world if you find the help and support you need.
