Fill Out the Form
Start by submitting our secure Appointment Request form. This form gives us the information we need to match you with the right therapist. Tell us what you need, when you can meet, what is important to you, and how you want to pay for therapy. We will respond to you as quickly as we can.
The Screening Call
The therapist we match you with will contact you to set up a Screening Call. In this call, both you and the therapist will determine whether the two of you are a good fit. If would prefer a different therapist, or if the one who calls cannot help you the way you need, we will give you a referral, so you know where to go next.
The First Session
If the therapist seems like a good match for you, they will set up a first appointment. You will then have a more extended opportunity to see how therapy with this person works for you. You are always in charge of whether you want to continue working together or not.
Our Client Portal
When you book your first session, your therapist will send you an invitation to join our secure client portal. You can view our disclosures and fill out onboarding paperwork there. If you will be using telehealth, you may also use our portal for that.
