Maggie Silver
Clinical Supervisor
LCSW #108639
As a therapist and clinical supervisor, I am dedicated to fostering growth, confidence, and clinical excellence in both clients and clinicians. I value collaboration and intentional relationship-building, and I strive to create safe, supportive spaces that encourage reflection, insight, and meaningful change. Whether in therapy or supervision, I prioritize meeting individuals where they are and supporting them in progressing toward their personal and professional goals.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health and Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs. My clinical experience includes working with adult and adolescent survivors of intimate partner and domestic violence; individuals struggling with disordered eating; individuals and families involved in the juvenile justice and foster care systems; and adults living with serious mental illness. I specialize in eating disorders and perinatal mental health and take an individualized, integrative approach to care.
As a Clinical Supervisor, I am deeply passionate about mentoring clinicians and supporting their professional development. I provide collaborative, reflective supervision focused on skill development, ethical practice, professional identity formation, and sustainability in the field, and I enjoy partnering with clinicians as they grow into confident, thoughtful practitioners.
