Being human can be hard. I believe that as we become more present with that and with one another, it can become less challenging. Through a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, soul- affirming lens, I’d love to support you in finding creative ways to move towards a greater sense of ease.
I see the therapeutic container as an intentional space. Here we can reclaim parts of ourselves in order to live a life with more fullness, joy, purpose, clarity, and hope. It is an opportunity to be seen, heard, held, and sometimes gently guided into internal landscapes that may be difficult to access on one’s own. It is also a place to learn and gather new tools for navigating life.
My approach is grounded in a sense of curiosity and connection. I am inspired by expressive arts, parts-work, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, altered-state integration, the neurodiversity movement, queer theory, ecopsychology, body-based and transpersonal approaches. Hopefully, together, we can discover what you may need and what works best for you.
I am available at this time via TeleTherapy with the option to occasionally meet in-person..
