Welcome! Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when life is emotionally challenging. If you’re here, it’s likely because you’re navigating something complex or seeking greater self-awareness — and you don’t have to do it alone.

I believe therapy is a powerful space for healing, reflection, and growth. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relational conflict, trauma, or life and identity transitions, our work together will be grounded in empathy, compassion, and a strong sense of curiosity and non-judgment. You’ll have space to reflect, process, and experiment with new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.

My style is warm, collaborative, and integrative. While rooted in person-centered therapy, I draw on a variety of modalities and tailor our sessions to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll deepen your self-understanding, explore what matters most to you, and identify sustainable ways to move toward meaningful change.

Having lived in diverse cultural settings, I bring a deep respect for the richness of each person’s background. Before becoming a therapist, I managed complex projects in politically charged environments—experience that sharpened my communication skills, emotional intelligence, and appreciation for complexity. I bring the same active listening, cultural humility, and curiosity into our sessions. Clients, colleagues, and professors have described me as deeply compassionate, culturally attuned, clinically skilled, intuitive, and easy to connect with.

Whether this is your first time considering therapy or you’re returning to deepen your self-exploration, I’d be honored to walk alongside you and help you reconnect with your voice, inner wisdom, and resilience.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from San José State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Cruz.

I work with teens, adults, and couples. You can request me using the appointment form below.
