Taking the first steps to reach out for help can feel overwhelming, and I’m so glad that you’re here. My presence in therapy is warm, creative and collaborative. I firmly believe that you are not broken, and you don’t need to be fixed. I can help you understand the patterns that you feel stuck in and what purpose they serve, so that you can find relief and the space to realign with the kind of life that you want to create. I’m here to walk alongside you to help you build a better relationship with yourself and the people that you love.

My therapeutic framework is systemic and relational. I believe in the power of relationships to shape our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. My goal is to create a relationship with you where you feel affirmed, accepted, and understood enough to be able to explore parts of yourself that may have previously felt unseen.

In terms of my past experience, I have a masters degree in Counseling and College Student Personnel and I have worked with college students in a variety of different capacities. I’ve lived and worked in a first year residence hall, helping with the transition to college, and I’ve more recently worked in career counseling for college students at a large research university, helping students transition to a post graduate life. I also have a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute. I love working with people of all ages as they navigate life transitions and learn to understand themselves and their identities.
