I am a queer  Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who works at the intersection of sex, love, and relationships. My work is shaped by both my lived experience and my clinical training, grounding me in a deeply humanistic, relational approach. I don’t see therapy as one size fits all. I see it as a collaborative process where we center your unique story, identities, and needs.

I hold a deep understanding of how hard life can feel at times, how easy it is to carry pain, disconnection, and the pressure to keep going without enough support. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone. I believe healing happens in connection, and therapy can be a place to gently rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and belonging at your own pace.

I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including relational ruptures, neurodivergence, parenting challenges, postpartum, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns, overwhelmed by change, or longing for deeper connection with yourself or others, I will meet you with curiosity, care, and respect. My approach is collaborative and attuned, rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and that insight, growth, and change emerge from within you.

In addition to individual and relational therapy, I facilitate a monthly postpartum processing group for new parents. This group is a supportive, connective space to explore the emotional and relational shifts of the postpartum period, offering room to share honestly, reflect openly, and feel less alone in an often isolating time.
