Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #153199

AMFT #153199

As a first-generation immigrant of Vietnamese, Chinese, and French heritage and a parent of two young children, I bring a culturally attuned and compassionate approach to therapy, specializing in support for Latinx, Asian, and immigrant communities. Rooted in cultural competence and humility, I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges. My integrative approach blends Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused methods, and Trauma-Informed care, incorporating relational and spiritual perspectives to foster healing and resilience.

I specialize in guiding clients through major life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and relational challenges. Whether you’re adjusting to change, seeking deeper self-understanding, or rebuilding after hardship, I’m here to support you. I hold a degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies (2024) and was a speaker at the Oxford Symposium on School-Based Counseling, where I shared insights on innovative therapeutic practices.
