As a therapist, I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey, and you are the ultimate expert on your own life. My practice is rooted in a person-centered approach, meaning that I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you are truly seen and heard. I don’t view therapy as a process of “fixing” you, but rather as an opportunity to support you in discovering your own innate wisdom and capacity for growth.

My therapeutic lens is deeply inspired by the natural world. Just as ecosystems thrive on balance, rhythm, and resilience, I believe human beings also flourish when they are attuned to their own natural pacing and connected to the world around them.

Central to my work is a commitment to cultural humility and deep curiosity. I recognize that your unique identity, background, and lived experiences shape how you move through the world. I approach our sessions with a genuine desire to understand your story and attune with your values.  Additionally, I draw from a variety of other modalities to incorporate tools for emotional regulation, coping strategies, insight and approaches to aid in achieving your goals.  Together, we will explore your challenges and collaboratively build a path toward a more authentic, fulfilled life.
