The human experience is a wild, challenging, and growth-inducing journey. If we can see it, life will present us with everything we need to heal and step into our own wholeness. None of us can walk with path alone; we need each other.

As a client of therapy for many years, I understand that seeking therapeutic support can come with a mix of hope, vulnerability, nervousness, and desperation. As a therapist, I aim to create a space where you can feel safe to explore all aspects of yourself and discover the power in meeting emotions that may have been previously buried. I will walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, attunement, and honesty as we uncover alternative ways to relate to the patterns and stories that keep you feeling stuck. Ultimately, I aim to help you liberate yourself from your suffering.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Capella University. I have a background in yoga teaching and study, mindfulness, birth and postpartum doula work (including
support with abortion and miscarriage), women’s circle facilitation, childcare, and intentional community living. I am a partner and a mother, from which I pull much life experience and wisdom.

In my work, I use tools from somatic therapy (by Kimberly Johnson), Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, Bowen Intergenerational Family therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet the needs of each client.I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I support clients struggling with relationship challenges, communication issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and much more. I have a passion for working with individuals and couples dealing with challenges in the
realm of intergenerational trauma/patterns, ADHD, sexuality, and nervous system regulation.
