Therapy is an opportunity to rediscover your wholeness. Our struggles and stories we tell about ourselves can be entry points to where our patterns, thoughts, values, actions, attitudes, reactions, and emotions originate. Our struggles can stem from: our families, our childhood, our communities, our cultures, and many more. My role is to help my clients explore the stories and struggles that continue to make them feel stuck, and that prevent them from living the lives that they are seeking. By learning about ourselves, we can strengthen our capacity for agency and choice. We can discover new ways to relate to ourselves and others.

I work with clients on a variety of different issues. Some of my specialities are working with clients that have experienced weight-related trauma or bullying, and/or disordered eating. My approach to therapy is through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Health At Every Size (HAES). I am IFS Level 1 trained, and engage in ongoing IFS education.

I approach therapy with warmth, spaciousness, and compassion for the breadth of the human experience. I like to make space for humor because healing and working on oneself can be hard, but it does not mean we cannot experience joy along the way!
