Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
MFT Trainee
Well-being the essential foundation of a meaningful life. True healing happens when we address the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. As an integrative therapist, my work is collaborative, respectful, and focused on empowering you and your loved ones.
My core expertise is in trauma-informed care, providing a safe, secure, and calming space for my clients to process and move beyond difficult experiences. Having a Masters in Family and Human Development, along with continuing my education in Marriage and Family Therapy, I utilize a variety of modalities and techniques to help individuals develop concrete skills for managing stress, shifting negative thought patterns, and improving their daily lives.
I offer a wide scope of services, working with children starting at age five, through adolescence, and into adulthood. Additionally, I find great meaning in helping couples strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and deepen their intimacy.
If you are ready to make this change and take a new path of healing and well-being, please mention my name in the form below, so we can begin this journey.
