Freedom, as I define it, is being fully present in the body and in the moment with full access to choice. It is being alive in a way that embraces spontaneity of spirit and the ability to confidently follow the inner voice, the intuition, into Self- leadership. Freedom allows one to leave behind the burden of fear and judgment. It opens into the spaciousness of genuine curiosity. This fascinating landscape is fueled by the continual invitation to explore life more deeply every day and invites us to become the most complete and genuine version of ourselves that we can embody. This is what I value, this is what I move toward, this is what I invite you to explore.

I am certified in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and am trained in holistic psychology (JFKU) to facilitate a process that is well rounded and capable of addressing the “whole” person.

We all get “stuck.” “Stuckness” can lead to disconnection or conflict in relationship with others and ourselves. It can lead to an inability to act or make decisions. It can also put us into patterns of acting out in destructive ways. All of these manifestations can pull us into spirals of shame that perpetuate the cycle. I invite you into a process where together we can find new ways of relating to ourselves and others. A life lived in and with love, joy, and vitality is truly possible. Working collaboratively will allow you to experience your own sense of agency and will guide us in unlocking and unburdening beliefs that have kept you from having the life you are truly meant to live. Sometimes the work is fast, sometimes slow – the important thing is to begin. Step by step, part by part.
