All of you is welcome here. I have compassion for the challenges you face. I see your struggles as meaningful doorways into deeper self-discovery. I believe that beneath every protective strategy is a longing to thrive, and that healing is a process of returning to your true self.
My style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and direct—grounded in deep attunement and receptivity, and anchored in a profound trust in your inherent goodness and innate wisdom. I work from an existential-humanistic perspective, rooted in the present moment and the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship. My approach is integrative, experiential, and trauma-informed, drawing from somatics, parts work, inner-child healing, mindfulness, and wisdom traditions.
I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I specialize in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, and relationship challenges. I have skill in identifying and healing core wounds, understanding their impact on your life, and helping you shift long-standing patterns so you can create new, meaningful experiences. I have a deep love for working with couples and approach this work through an emotionally focused lens—inviting healing through corrective emotional experiences and the development of a more secure, connected bond.
With over a decade of experience supporting people through somatic and holistic modalities, I bring a unique approach to healing—one rooted in the body as a wise and powerful source of insight and transformation. Informed by over 20 years as a student of Yoga and Buddhism—and over 10 years as a yoga teacher—I am deeply devoted to exploring the nature of suffering and liberation beyond the bounds of traditional psychotherapy. I believe each of us holds the capacity to heal, transform, and live in deeper harmony with ourselves and greater intimacy with life.
