AMFT #162105

I practice relational and somatic therapy grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. In our work together, we will be curious not only about your thoughts and experiences, but also about what is happening in your body. Our bodies carry wisdom as well as the impact of stress and trauma, and slowing down to notice sensations, breath, and emotions can open space for greater clarity, resilience, self-compassion, choice, and aliveness.

I believe in the healing power of our natural world –  which includes us! – to help us remember our aliveness and find space for our pain. I offer eco-therapy in parks in the East Bay and San Francisco. I also see clients in-person from our office in San Francisco as well as virtually.

I work with adults, children, families, and couples navigating life’s challenges. My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, high sensitivity, depression, grief, trauma, and burnout. I received a Master’s degree in Somatic Psychotherapy from CIIS and am shaped by years of Zen Buddhist practice, environmental work from international projects to local justice-oriented organizing, and growing up in Oakland, California. As a white, cisgender, currently able-bodied woman, I practice with an anti-racist and liberation-oriented lens and will continue to invite our attention to power, identity, and the broader systems and lineages that shape us, and how we can both resist and find freedom.
