Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
MFT Trainee
I’m driven by a true curiosity and interest in others, and a belief that with a little support, we can improve our overall health, quality of life, and relationships with others. I’ve found that as we heal ourselves, we heal others in turn.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Integrated Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. I also hold a B.S. in Biology from Georgetown University. With a background working in both big tech and my own marketing consultancy, I love supporting students, young professionals, and entrepreneurs along their journeys. I feel especially called to support individuals with anxiety-related concerns, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, career concerns, and ambivalence. And, as a new mother, I can offer lived-experience support to other new mothers, perinatal people, women in their 20s and 30s, and female-identifying people as they brush up against internal and external conflicts.
I take a warm, compassionate, and curious approach to our sessions. I am optimistic while being realistic, and through a collaborative process, I hope that you will leave our sessions with clear insights and tools that will support your healing. My work is informed by various theories including somatic, relational, mindfulness, psychodynamic, Gestalt, Hakomi, and transpersonal theories.
