Working as a therapist is not just a job for me. It’s the fulfillment of a dream I carried for many years, rooted in my own experience of seeking mental health support and having my life change in ways I never knew were possible. I am passionate about offering that same gift to others who are looking to break through stuck places and come into their own authentic, embodied truth.

I have had a varied professional career and personal experiences that have armed me with the tools of being able to communicate clearly, empathize easily, build bridges across difference, and hold space for new relational experiences. I am continuing my studies at Santa Clara University’s Masters in Counseling Psychology program, with an emphasis in LGBTQ+ counseling. I have particular interest and experience in working with kids and teens, traumatic experiences, gender identity exploration, chronic illness/chronic pain, grief work, and couples therapy. I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, neurotypes, immigration statuses, and body sizes. I’m committed to growing in cultural humility and centering your experience within the intersections of your identity.
