Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee

I have always been drawn to the path of healing and self-discovery. My own journey has been full of questions: Why do I act the way I do? What strengths and challenges shape me? Where does my story come from? Walking this uneven but meaningful road has deepened my life, and now I feel honored to accompany others on their own journeys of healing and growth.

When I sit with clients, I find that genuine curiosity and compassion arise. I love getting to know people—their joys and struggles, their vulnerabilities, and the light that shines through when they are most authentic. I especially enjoy supporting those who feel called toward greater self-understanding, even when life feels hard or uncertain. My work resonates with clients navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, high sensitivity, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges.

My approach is rooted in humanistic philosophy—the belief that people are innately good and naturally inclined to grow. I offer what Carl Rogers called unconditional positive regard, meeting clients with respect, empathy, and collaboration. I integrate somatic approaches and expressive arts, including music and movement, to honor both body and spirit. With a background as a professional musician, lifelong dancer, and spiritual seeker, I bring creativity, presence, and reverence for the sacred into my sessions.

My hope is that clients leave our work together with a deeper sense of self-love, greater awareness of their bodies and emotions, and more freedom to express their needs compassionately and creatively. Ultimately, my goal is to support people in cultivating Self-Love and meaningful connection with others.
