AMFT #162517
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by years of work as a teacher and farmer, and those experiences continue to shape how I understand healing and growth. I believe change happens not through force, but by creating the right conditions: safety, trust, compassion, and enough space for something new to emerge.
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and somatic. I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space for adults, teens, and couples to explore what feels difficult, stuck, or unresolved. I bring care, curiosity, and gentle humor into the room, and I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying.
I support clients navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of early experiences. Together, we may explore emotions, body sensations, attachment patterns, inner parts, and the protective strategies that once helped you survive but may now be getting in the way.
