Social Worker Trainee

ASW#137714

I’m passionate about helping clients leave therapy feeling more confident in themselves, their environment, and their skills. My approach is compassionate and judgment-free, creating a safe space where you can explore and grow.

I’m completing my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Massachusetts Online, with training in crisis intervention, trauma therapy, military social work, substance use, and couple and family therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness, all grounded in a Humanistic perspective that emphasizes empathy and growth.

Previously, I worked as a Transition Specialist and Discharge Planner at a short-term mental health facility, where I coordinated care and aftercare plans to facilitate smooth transitions from inpatient care.

As a mother, military spouse, and neurodivergent person raising a neurodivergent child, I bring personal insight and empathy to my work. Growing up in a low-income rural community and identifying as sex-positive, spiritual, and an LGBTQ+ ally further shapes my open, inclusive, and client-centered approach.
