Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m honored to support you on your journey.
I see therapy as a space to slow down, get curious, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Life can be messy, tender, and full of transitions, and I believe having a grounded, supportive place to make sense of it all can be deeply healing.
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from humanistic and somatic-based practices to support clients in becoming more attuned to their inner experience. I also draw on mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients build safety within, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship challenges, or simply wanting to grow, I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate space to explore what matters most to you. I believe in honoring your pace, your story, and your inherent capacity to heal and thrive.
