Through my thirty two years as a therapist I have been honored by the trust my clients and supervisees have placed in me. Their honest self-reflection, and the growth and healing they have experienced, has continually inspired me to maintain my own practice of personal growth and self-discovery. Along with all those I work with, I continue to strive to live life with greater mindfulness and grace.

In becoming the Executive/Clinical Director at Shine a Light Counseling Center the focus of my work has shifted from providing direct services to fostering excellence in the next generation of therapists. My role at the Center is to oversee the clinical work and career development of our amazing staff of therapists. I am thrilled to be able to contribute to our community through all the services that Shine a Light provides. I also shepherd Shine a Light’s role in the community as a provider of ongoing support and education for our local community of therapists.
