I work from a person-centered, client-led approach. This means you’re in the driver’s seat—you set your own goals and direct the work we do together, while I collaborate with you to co-create what happens in each session. I’m here to support your journey, not dictate it.

My work is heavily informed by Nonviolent Communication, which helps us explore what feelings are arising and what needs are or aren’t being met in your life. This framework often opens up new perspectives and approaches to challenges that may have felt stuck or overwhelming.
